Shipping & Delivery
Please check your shipping address carefully as we will not be liable for the loss of orders where an incorrect or malformed shipping address is provided. Please use capitals throughout. If we are unable to deliver an order because of an incorrect or malformed shipping address we will make all reasonable efforts to find the correct address. We will notify you of the correction and deliver or attempt to deliver the order to the correct address - additional charges may apply.
Despatch is normally completed on the day of ordering. If your order is placed after 15:30 hrs, at the weekend or during a bank holiday, despatch will normally be completed on the next working day.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
You may cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after your order has been received. This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel and to notify us of a cancellation, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back ( Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 ). To notify us of a cancellation, contact us via email at Customer Service or telephone us at 01270 747 963 (International Callers: +44 1270 747 963), providing your order number with your notice of cancellation. If you cancel your order but do not return the goods to us within 14 days, we shall be entitled to collect the goods from you and to charge you for the direct costs of collecting the goods. You should note these charges (which may be deducted from a refund) are likely to exceed the costs of you returning the goods. Until such goods are returned to us, you are obliged to exercise all reasonable care to store the cancelled goods safely and in appropriate conditions. If you cancel your order prior to despatch the full payment will be refunded, normally within 48 hours of your notice of cancellation. Please allow up to 14 days for the credit to appear on your account.

The products should be returned in an unused condition ( tamper proof seals intake & packaging undamaged ) and at your own expense. We recommend the use of a padded envelope and Recorded Delivery Service, as you will be held liable for non receipt of your returned goods.
We regret that we will be unable to accept the return of products which have been opened or where the packaging has been damaged ( making the product unsellable ); however, your statutory rights regarding the quality of products will be unaffected. Basic initial delivery costs are refunded. Enhanced delivery costs, i.e. Signed For, are not refunded.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of your returned goods. Please allow up to 14 days for the credit to appear on your account.

If you place an order online, you will be charged the price indicated in the Online Store of this Website at the time of your online order. Payment for online orders is processed at the time of ordering. Nutrition FX accepts VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS cards, along with PayPal payments. No checks, cash or money-order payments will be accepted for online purchases.
