Products can only be despatched once payment has cleared. Delivery will be made to the address supplied at the time of order.

All deliveries are made via Royal Mail. Whilst we hope that deliveries are received the day after despatch (excluding weekends); Royal Mail normally achieves next day delivery in 90 to 95% of cases. Should your delivery be delayed, please first check with your local collection office as the delivery may be there for collection.

If your delivery instructions are inaccurate and we are unable to make the delivery, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products less a 10% administrative charge and any delivery charges.

If there is an error, or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us by e-mail or by telephone within 5 working days. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.

Nutrition FX is committed to ensuring the security of customers’ online transactions. To this end, payments are taken on our behalf by PayPal and WorldPay. During payment Nutrition FX passes a summary of your order details to your chosen payment service provider, where you make payment via a secure connection (https://). At no time during a payment transaction will your Credit / Debit card details be recorded by or transmitted to Nutrition FX.

The products should be returned in an unused condition (tamper proof seals & packaging intact) and at your own expense. We recommend the use of a Recorded Delivery Service, as you will be held liable for non receipt of your returned goods.

We regret that we will be unable to accept the return of products which have been opened; however, your statutory rights regarding the quality of products will be unaffected.

Shipping costs applicable to the order are not refundable.

No contract will exist between you and the Company for the sale of any product, until the Company accepts your order by e-mail, by post or, by telephone. The Company will not despatch any goods until such time as the payment has been cleared. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time the Company sends an e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail), or despatches the goods to you, if the order was made by post or by telephone.

The Company reserves the right to add or withdraw any product from sale without incurring liability. Prices and availability are also subject to change without notice.

Payment for online purchases is made by credit or debit card at the time we accept your order. Orders placed using fraudulently obtained credit cards or details will be reported to the authorities and the Company will supply all information related to such purchases to any authority investigating the fraud.

Cheques and Postal Orders are acceptable for mail / telephone orders, in addition to credit card transactions. Cheques need to be processed and cleared, prior to despatch of goods by the Company.

The price you will be charged will be that quoted on the website at the time we accept your order. This price includes any applicable value added tax / GST and the cost of delivery.
